FXGear EULA — Qualoth / FXHair

End User License Agreement for FXGear Inc. software (Qualoth, FXHair). GaRangBi AI Tech distributes licenses under this agreement as the official global reseller / partner.
1. License Grant
FXGear Inc. ("Licensor") grants the buyer a non-exclusive, non-transferable license under this EULA. The license is distributed through GaRangBi AI Tech ("Reseller").
2. Scope of Use
(a) Annual Rental: 1 GUI node use during the 1-year license term. (b) Perpetual GUI: perpetual GUI floating use + 1 year of technical support. (c) Batch / Render Farm: 1 batch node use + 1 year of technical support.
3. Restrictions
(1) No transfer / resale of license keys. (2) No reverse engineering / decompilation. (3) No use beyond the licensed term or node count.
4. Trademarks
Qualoth(TM), FXHair(TM), and FXGear(R) are trademarks / registered trademarks of FXGear Inc. This EULA does not grant any trademark rights.
5. Refund (Korea E-Commerce Act §17 + Digital Goods)
This is a digital good. Per Article 17(2)(5) of the Korean Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, refunds are restricted after license key issuance. Full refund only applies for (1) cancellation before key issuance, or (2) license key defects (activation failure).
6. Limitation of Liability
Neither FXGear Inc. nor GaRangBi AI Tech shall be liable beyond the license purchase amount for direct or indirect damages arising from the use of this software.
7. Dispute Resolution
This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, with the court having jurisdiction over GaRangBi AI Tech's principal office as the exclusive court of first instance.
8. Reseller / Partner Disclosure
GaRangBi AI Tech (Business Reg. No. 860-18-02443) operates as the official global reseller / partner of FXGear Inc., conducting license sales / technical support in Korea and globally.
