Q1. How do I get a free sample?

On a dataset page, tick the box accepting the evaluation licence (aegis-x-evaluation-license-1.1 · evaluation only · no commercial use, commercial model training or redistribution) under [Get the free evaluation sample] to download the evaluation sample (5 clips · 6 phases · video + depth + segmentation). No registration is required; the download link is valid for 15 minutes after you accept.

Q2. How do I pay for paid datasets?

We accept payment only by bank-transfer invoice for business and institutional (B2B) customers. After a purchase or quote inquiry we issue an invoice (Woori Bank, KRW or USD) and arrange delivery once the transfer is confirmed. Tax invoices are available.

Q3. Are refunds available?

Per Article 17 of Korea's E-Commerce Act, refunds for digital goods (downloaded files) are restricted after download starts. Full refund applies for (1) cancellation within 7 days of receiving the download link, before the download starts, or (2) file corruption / SHA-256 mismatch (within 3 months of delivery).

Q4. How do I use the license?

(1) Free evaluation samples: aegis-x-evaluation-license-1.1 (60 days · evaluation for purchase decisions only · no commercial training or redistribution). (2) Purchased data: aegis-x-commercial-license-1.2 (perpetual, non-exclusive, non-transferable). (3) B2G PoC: exclusive/non-exclusive per agreement.

Q5. What is the B2G PoC pricing range?

Custom generation (site setup + additional clips) and paid PoCs are quoted from the price book. See the Pricing page for amounts, or request a quote on the Enterprise page.

Q6. How is the data generated?

The Aegis-X pipeline (1) creates site and event scene specs, (2) renders them with CG (Blender Cycles) or AI photoreal (Cosmos Transfer), and (3) outputs video, depth and semantic segmentation together. (4) Only clips that pass QA and sale signing (per-file SHA-256 integrity record · signed AI-generated marking) are sold.

Q7. How do I check availability and updates?

The deliverable clip counts on dataset pages come from the Aegis-X sales status and refresh about every hour. If the status is delayed, the page shows 'Checking inventory' or 'Request a quote'. There is no fixed update schedule.

Q8. How do I cite the datasets academically?

Zenodo DOI registration is in preparation. Once issued, real DOIs and BibTeX citation formats will be published on the Research page, along with the technical whitepaper (PDF).
